Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
All our items are handcrafted on demand. No guesswork needs to go into production. We make what we sell, because who needs to be producing more waste? You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipping. We cut, sew, finish and package orders within 8-14 business days. We do not work on weekends and holidays. But If you need something sooner, please get in touch- I will do everything in my power to deliver it myself!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is complete we count on the dedicated work of the United States Postal Service to deliver your order within 1-5 business days. We admire the heroes who worked through the pandemic to keep the world connected, and hope you will join us in understanding that there may be shipping delays.
How much is shipping?
Good news! We offer free shipping on small orders within the United States.
For larger and international orders, please drop us an email before you finalize your purchase- we try to bundle several orders in continental groups to make shipping viable for all involved.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. including P.O. Boxes.

Orders & Payment
How can I check on my order?
After placing an order with Consuelo Lancellotti, you will receive an order confirmation on the email address you provided. We will work as quickly as possible to put your order through production and send out a second email notifying you that your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship. This email contains the tracking number for your reference of the final delivery timeline.
What are my payment options?
We accept credit card payments as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your form of payment will be charged as soon as your order is accepted.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If the item you ordered does not fit, please get in touch. We will do our best to find a solution. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns, as long as the item was not tampered from its original packaging. We accept a return if it has not been more than 30 days from the date you received the package. This return can offer a full refund or an exchange, just keep in mind that we do not have a shipping return label, be sure to account for this additional expense at your end.
